Need advice on fine tuning my website.

Being a newbie into online business, I do have a website : GET PAID TO STUDY. As a novice in web design, I still believe my website could do with a more professional approach. I'd appreciate any advice from anyone as to how to give a new image to my site.

Things I am interested in would be like :

1. What professional image can I portray with my website.
2. What will attract visitors to my website?
3. How can I redo the contents so that visitors would want to read further?
etc, etc.
