i can name an llc after my name?! John Smith LLC right?!

i am in the beginning stages of starting my own courier transport service (just a fancy way of calling it a "man with a van" transport service lol)

in any event...i want to set up an llc...im confused as to how the llc gets taxed and then how my personal pay check to myself will be taxed?!

if John Smith LLC gross 4k a month and net 2k a month after my car payment, rent paymet (home office)... the LLc gets taxed quarterly on its net correct? once every 4 months il cut a check to uncle same for "x"?

when john smith llc wants to cut a check to john smith for his weekly pay check, john smith himself will file personal income tax every april for whatever percentage deemed accurate by an accountant?!
