My idea, what do you think?

I am thinking about creating a hosting employmence agency.

Ideas:
- You pay a 2$ / 3months fee to access the employment forums where staff have posted their CV's
- The company searchs the list and then can reply to there post or PM them about the Job.
- Once that member of staff is hired, they must state it in there post and the thread will be closed.

If any of you would be interested in this and think its a fair amount to pay to access an area of website hosting staff please post a reply saying your opinion and if you would buy the access.

I believe there is a similar employment agency already established on the internet, sorry can't think of the name at the moment.

I hope this doesn't come ove as harsh ..but frankly this market is overly saturated, now if your plan differ in anyway please explain.
