I am cofounder of a 5 month old blog and its growing pretty well. I am planning to launch a forum and its almost ready. But before that, I want to get some advice.

I have 101 subscribers on blog and think forum can go along well. Should I wait and let community grow before launching forum or launch it now? What can be good and bad effects of it?
