I am a single/sole member of an LLC filing as an S-Corp. I make all decisions on my own but never formally log any meeting minutes.

Is this a problem? What should I be concerned about? Tips for improving compliance?

I was thinking about sending myself an email once a week and outline some of the major decisions that I made during the week.
