bring a calculator...just learn how to use it properly. Believe me, some of the smartest people use them, it just saves time.

i know it just looks bad if you cant find 25% of £16.000.000?

Also after watching programmes like Dragons Den, they seem to know every business term, and meanings how do you learn this stuff and rember it?

it all sound easy to do but i have trouble remembering it as i am dyslecxic.

    Thanks

Here is the dragon's Den glossary mentioned at the end of the program yesterday Glossary

One way to work with percentages is to learn their equivalent fraction. So 25% = 1/4, so you need to divide it by 4, 16/4 = 4 add on the 0s and you get 4000000
