Hi, I'm new to this, so bear with me. I am currently working at a small cake bakery that has been relatively successful for a number of years. We make all natural homemade products using absolutely no preservatives.

With this economy the way it is, business is in a rut and I was brainstorming ways to improve sales. The product is a custard also known as flan. it is our top selling product although we are also well known in our area for our Dominican cakes. We have all the necessary licensing in our state to distribute wholesale, nutrition labeling, etc, but are looking to see how to go about mass producing this product to expand our client base. We currently service small convenience stores and a small supermarket, but would love to see our products in the big chain stores.

Anyone have any ideas? I am NOT a business person myself, but this would be the ideal situation to help a floundering business remain afloat. Any ideas would be considered.
