marriage...question....legal aspects

hi, I have a friend that was divorced and the lawyers took her for a ride asking for about 8,000 bucks.

she now found someone else and want's to get married. She said that she did a mistake last time for not making preternatural agreement. So she so far looked around for lawyers and they were asking 1,500 for just making the papers.

I want to know if you guys know where I can get free or even a small fee get some templates that would take care of this agreement time.

My dad currently is really upset at lawyers. He said that he searched around in our area for lawyers but they all lie to him and he could tell. My dad had been victem alot of times by lawyers and even my uncle.

the friend is a close family friend. So we really want to help her out.

I have heard there are online placese where you can get free templates for such things.

Would you guys know where I can get these templates??

well, we are just looking for a way where we make a clause. So like if the guy devorces he has to pay a certain amount of money.

Just for asking to doing that. Lawyers in our area are asking for the cheapest 1,500 which is too much.

I found on here in the legal forms link. A template for 14.95 or something.

we would rather pay that much then get a lawyer and make such a document but costing way more.

The last lawyer that dealt with her divorce really milked her. She didn't got anything out of it. The lawyer told us it will cost 2,000 and then when the case was in session she kept rasing it after couple of weeks. She then asked for 8,000 bucks At the end she signed the divorce stuff and got nothing. The lawyer also gave us a phone bill for all the minutes that she called to talk to her.

So, she and also my dad advised her to try and avoid dealing with lawyers because they are after your money and care not about your case.
