Looking to hire professional service/help/advice in regards to founding a company & taxation issues

    Hello,

have been lurking and reading for some time and finally joined today.
I´m looking for a company that give Tax & Legal advice for international taxation.

I´ll give you my brief situation:

    1) Citizenship: Usa + German
I´m completely independent when it comes to where the company should be founded. Read lots of posts in this forum and it seems that there are a million different ways to form a LLC or other corporation.
I do not live in USA at the moment, but would have no problem to create my place of living there or anywhere else.

    2) What i will be doing: creating websites, some internet marketing, ... probably classic online entrepreneur

    3) One very important requirement:
    - i would like to pay as little tax as possible (who doesnt), but it is very important that the solution is absolutely reliable and legal.

    4) I know that you can´t post an exact number of how how much % in taxes i will be effectively paying (everything included from income tax, state tax, and all other taxes). Just looking for a rough estimation or a range of what i should be expecting

Thx in advance for answer, Odysseus

p.s.: of course i will not take your post here as legal advice etc

p.p.s.: feel free to pm me your business information

You can use Craigslit.com, there are a lot of professionals on that webpage that can help you if you want. Click on the "legal" and or small business ads, post your ad on there, you would receive responses, evaluate their qualifications (for business tax purpose, I will strongly advice you consult a CPA with strong international tax experience, they are the only one to my knowledge who are qualified to give you sound advice on taxation.

The only reason why you read on different way to establish LLC is because different states have different charter law in place, bottom line is they are single taxed. However, that depends on the state you filling in. Different states have different tax laws, so its gonna be a little harder someone estimating state taxes without any state of interest in mind
