I have an LLC with 6 unit holders. They currently own restricted units in the company. Most have agreed to take a promissory note with payout due in 12 months for double their inital investment as opposed to holding on to the units for an extended period of time. All have signed subscription agreements. I need a document that basically states that:

-Subscription agreement will be voided
- Promissory note to state that you investor is owed doube inital investment
-Payout will be within 12 months
- If 12 month payout deadline is not met, 1% interest will occur per month on balance owed.
