Hello everyone,

I am in need of help with some questions. I want to start a company outside my current location, Cape Verde, and my thinking was United States. The question is: Can I do so and if I will even be allowed to enter, work and live in the country. I heard that you may establish a company there and still dont get approval to enter the country...

On the same note I am looking to get investors back up on this, my location is not investors appropriate and getting interest here is extremely hard, any advises on how to proceed with this is appreciated. What's my best option? Establish on another country and look for investors? Dont establish at all and look for investors willing to help establish? (Does that even happen? Does not look so from my research.) Or should I just go ahead and establish here at my place where I am familiar with all the legal issues? Problem with this is that my location is unfavorable for the type of business I am looking to form.
