LLP or LLC - what's the difference (Adam Toren)

Hey Adam

My name is Lucy and I am the Founder of a Vermont clothing business called Whitecollar Clothing. We are in the midst of trying to gather funding through the placement of privately held stock and I\'m just wondering whether I should be changing the structure of our business from an LLP to an LLC. What are the differences?
