LLC Formation Question, Seperate State Member

Thanks in advance for your time!

Considering forming an LLC with a parnter. I live in Mississippi and he lives in Louisiana. I know that taxes will be paid through our personal income tax return but from my understanding, someone will have to file a non-resident tax form in the State of formation. Is this correct? Is there one State that would be more beneficial for us from a tax perspective?

Also, considering Nevada as alternative. Would we have to file a non-resident tax form there?
