Take your retail price, and cut it in half. When I order wholesale I expect to pay 50% or less than retail. Most of the tee's I purchase wholesale are in between $7.50 - $9.00...every once in a while I might pay $10, but it better be an awesome tee. I retail them for $19.99 - $22.99
