For instance if you are selling a book, and in the book it has a picture of a police officer in uniform. the officer gives you consent to take the picture but does he have the right to allow you to take a picture of his uniform and profit from the book because of it... obviously the police station wouldnt care about something like that but if it was something the police station would care about can they do anything if the individual gave you consent
