    Legal Issues

Hello, I am creating a online poker chip trading company, trading pokerchips from www.pokerstars.com for money and vise versa. I was wondering if I needed to solve any legal issues first. I live in Ontario, Canada. Also, what do you think would be a good domain name for this. I was thinking of www.exchangeyourchips.com. That one is not taken.

    Regards,

    David

    Hi David,

Do you mean the 'play' money that Pokerstars gives out for free? If so, what's the value of purchasing it? If it's the real money, why wouldn't they just go through Pokerstars?

I'm not sure what legal issues you'd encounter, it all probably boils down to the terms of use agreement that Pokerstars has with its users (ie. do they have the right to exchange with third parties, are they allowed to interface with outside software, etc.).
