Hello my partner and I have recently come across an investor that is willing to assist us in our endeavors, however he now want to be a partner, which we have no problem with at all. Just want to know how other would go about legally structuring the arrangment and how do we go about contracting our agreement? Are there any sources that you all use or know of..
