Last year, I set up my LLC in Ohio.
I want to move to New York... will it be an issue for me to rent a house up there with my Ohio LLC? Will I have to make a new one, in New York?

If you will be doing regular business in New York only, the proper thing to do would be to set up an LLC there.
However, (I am not a tax expert nor an attorney and none of the following advice should be misunderstood as such- The legal stuff :-)) you can certainly get by with your Ohio LLC unless you are transacting a ton of money and someone wants to nail you.
