    Question Junk Land

    Hi all,

I am from Singapore and I would like to ask my fellow members about real estate.
I own a car garage company.Last year, the government decided to do an en bloc deal on the land and asked me to move out. They claimed that they had a solution for me and reallocated me to a building. The building space is cheap and there isn't much human traffic as only 3 out of 12 storeys of the building is occupied.I had bought the junk land as most of the other owners(which were affected adversely by the en bloc deal) wanted to move in.
At the last minute, the government had decided to give our land back which they decided they did not want it anymore.
I have 2 spaces now.One which I still regularly conduct my business and the other I leave it.Traffic in the building is so bad that no one even wants to rent my space, much less buying it.
In Singapore, land is considerably expensive and I am wondering do you guys have any suggestions how can i make good use of this space(no man's land)?
    Thanks.

You need to turn this junk property to a destination. I'm not familiar with the Singapore, but off the top of my head I wonder can you put a movie theater there or dance club. Resturants. Hotel. What are you options?

Where is the location? Downtown financial area? Orchard Rd area? or somewhere away from the major traffic hubs?

    Junk Land

    Yeah.

Its very far away from Town and human traffic is nearly negligible.

It this land I am holding on to now has some traffic,I could get rid of the land by selling it.But now,no one wana rent it,much less sell it.

Thank guys.Hope to hear more advice from you all soon.

why don't you give back to the community...set up some kind of shelter, or something that will benefit the people that are near the vicinity of the land.
