    Is this legal?.. Starting Up..

What's up guys, I am looking to start up my own computer repair/network/training business but I want to develop a steady clientele first. I was thinking about creating a web site for my business but not using a fictitious name. Obviously, since I don't have a business started up. Is it okay to do that, legally? Get a web site started up, maybe "Kyle's Computer Repair" or whatever it may be, until I get things started up. My main question is if it is legal or not to get things started this way?

    Thanks ahead,

    Kyle

No one is going to stop you and as long as you use your own home/ your client's home for the repairs/training you'll be fine.

There is no legal relationship between a domain name and a business unless it is sought out by the business owner such as filing for a trademark or copyright.

I'm not a lawyer and this is not legal advice
