I have an idea and I was wondering if there is any legal thing I should take note of.
Here is the idea:
I plan to build a simple, really simple site with absolutely no content in it apart from the idea.
The idea is to create a subscription site, whereby people from the targeted niche, get to subscribe and choose the categories where they will like to get updates from.
Then when I build up a large database of subscribers, I will then sell the advertisement space on my email newsletters containing information from their subscribed categories to local businesses.

I was wondering if there is any legal thing I should take note of?
