please help. i am starting my own webstore and i need help. what do i need to get started? are federal tax id, tax id and a reseller licence the same? also how long does it take to allpy to any of these? what are the requirements?

any business need a federal tax id; if you are selling tangible goods, you'll also need a state tax id (to pay sales and use tax to your state's department or revenue..) - go to your local sbdc (small business development center) for help - or the sba (small business administration). Lots of free resources there. In North Carolina, they even have a hotline that you can call and they tell you about all the licenses that you need.... good lcuk
