I run websites with advertisers from the European Union and Switzerland. They ask me an invoice.

Can I send them an invoice as private person? (If they send money in my private account)?

In Europe there is VAT (value-added tax), in Canada - GST (Goods and Services Tax) and local taxes.

How would be work?
