I am looking to purchase real estate in Arizona.
Currently deciding if it is best to create an LLC in Nevada/Delaware, or in Arizona itself.
Given I will not be local, my main aim is to reduce ongoing paperwork and messing around, and keep my annual and ongoing costs to an absolute minimum.
Does anyone have any Nevada/Arizona experience or advice? It is quite easy to set up an LLC in Arizona itself. I really don't have a problem with disclosure to IRS etc, and I am not married so the spousal issues in Arizona do not concern me. Limited life would be covered by a will I assume.
Any other red flags or suggestions much appreciated![]()
