Hello Friends,

I am 23 and want to become a Youn Entrepreneur.

I have readily available 2 Crores Indian Rupees to spend on some good business.

I really dont know from where to start. First I was thinking of some Media Line but Indian Broadcasting rules are really strict and one really cant go that way to start a new business. But I am still intresteed in that if one can help me.

Secondly, if I keep the media thing away, what other business are there to look for which can be started with that much money.

Also, one requirement is, it should be least risky.

Property canno be bought for that much amount. I dont want to invest in prperty and then wait for one to two years then sell it to get some good profits.

If I go to the already developed areas, then its very small amount to get a good piece of property there.

Anything apart from Real Estate woul be good.

if you think that the only way to make money in Real Estate is by waiting for it to appreciate I suggest you spend some of your money on education.

I would then suggest that you buy a commercial proerty that comes with an absentee ownership business. You can make $200,000+ and own a great piece of property. If you know anything about wealthy people... 74% of all wealthy people make their money in Business AND Real Estate.

You did not get me. I was saying that with the amount I currently I have, I wont be able to buy land in a good area which will sell off easily. The property rates in my area are pretty much high. And I dont want to end up buying a small area which WILL take sometime to sell.

I know about the wealthy people who earn from property and BUSINESS, thats why I am looking for a Business.

There are many things you can do around the world where the 411US is very strong. My first thought will be simple as your experience in the market. But there is alot that you do know which you are great at. look at that first but here are some simple idears which just need good accounting and tight management. Small buses and cabs service, lemo and escort service, gaming booths for kids, learn forex trading and invest, bakery, solar power panels for homes. These can be done any where in the world. Yes think of another country to invest. I am in trinidad and tobago with room for investment so too south america hungry..check us out and do not be afraid and get as much information before u spend a cent. happy hunting

Import / Export? Of what things?: Yes, You can do that like for Indian Jewelery, Indian furniture, Indian carpets and handicraft items. Checkout the possibility of these.
Media? Which media?: 2 Crore is not enough for Media business.
Any Service Provider? Which Service?: Services, what are your area of interest? There are lots of services area.
Share Market?: Very Risky, Its depends on you now, how much you're willing to take the risk.
Mutual Funds?: Useless
Any Other investments?: Agriculture

Michael here,Self representing international shipping and forwarding for the last 5 years. I have a genuine Export cargo project. Needing investment of INR 2crs. projected Profit is
INR 20,80,000/month. After several meetings with the Chineese Buyer and Suppliers.The project is finally ready to start. 100% of the ground work done. Now I'm looking at a single investor who's interested to finance. An M.O.U to be entered between us before execution of project.

Below is the calculation:

L/C rate:USD132/Mts =5940/Mts

Costs:
1.Material cost+
transport to CFS = 4000/mts

2. freight+Cfs
Ex-MAA to China = 1100/mts

3. wastage&Moisture = 200/Mts

4.Commission to Agent = 92/Mts

5. Export duty5% =300/Mts

6.Lab Expenses = 40/mts
