Increase your website traffic

As I know the only way to increase website traffic using SEO (Search Engine Optimization).That is popular technique (I think).

Can anybody have other technique?.Share with all YE communities.

There are plenty of innovative ways to increase traffic. I try and offer related, value adding services to my site to get more traffic.
But SEO is great for getting targeted traffic to your site. I number of my customers regularly ask me about SEO, so I've put an article about the basics on my site... here.

Yeah,thanks guys.I also think that google adword as altenative ways.I also heard about good tags in our website also bring us to the top ranking of search engine such as Google and Yahoo.but it take time

Good tags are only one small part of SEO - dont fool yourself into thinking you'll get good results just with good tags!! there's alot more to it than that....
Go visit the for an explantation.
The search engines are starting to pay less attention to your meta tags.... the title and description tags will help... and maybe the keywords tags... the others wont do much for you
