I'm in a great position to start a business. I also have the patience and desire. I just don't have the "idea" yet. I also have a 1500 square foot building at my disposal to use for whatever I want. If there are any ideas someone could throw at me to use this building for, I would be very appreciative. The building is perfect for some kind of production and not any kind of retail due to location. Thanks again!

Have you ever thought about opening up a micro-brewery or distillery?

Those seem to pretty popular know a days and I do not think it is too difficult to start making your own beers. With the space you describe it could probably be easily accomplished.

A brewery has crossed my mind, but I have not researched it much. They getting very popular but I'm not sure what kind if possible profit there would be? I will look into it more just to see the if it could be more than a hobby. I want to start something that could possibly take over my current occupation over time. Thanks for the response.
