I want to start up a information hotline

I have an idea for an information hotline that is not on the market now. Once this is introduced I estimate a very high call volume. However, I do not know what companies I can reach out to that will assist me with developing a hotline. I tried to google it but the results werent helpful. If anyone is aware of such a company, please respond immediately.

What would you do? hotline for what? if you could not have found it on internet - it does not mena is it not there. You want to give people advice and cannot advise yourself? take it easy not as a critique
