I want to be able to deliver beer to customers homes in California. Is this possible?

I would also like to deliver cigarettes, food, and just about anything else. I'm not sure how the cigarettes and beer would work though. Some help would be greatly appreciated.

I would probably need a resellers license and some other stuff too right?? Thanks in advance!

I must say, I am really not a fan of beer or cigs, but this is an innovative idea!! I am not too sure on the legal possibilities but I am sure you are going to have to have like 7 ID Security Checks hehe, good luck on getting all of your info and on your quest.

    Thanks for the reply.

I did a little searching and it looks like some pizza places in other states deliver beer and stuff. I don't think I could make an actual living only doing the waiters on wheels type thing. Many people around here are huge fans of beer and cigarettes. They are also really really lazy!!!! No joke.

I know this isn't a new idea though. It just seems to easy. I'm sure there is going to be problems. I'm just going to go straight to city hall and check I guess.

I am a fan of beer and cigs too btw...

I said I wasn't a fan ahaa, but the reason why I think that you have a good idea on your shoulders is because it is illegal to DUI. So people wouldn't have to worry about it anymore and just call your services. But I think that the best approach for this idea would be to open your own like liquor store of some sort and but also do delivers.

Once again, good luck with everything.
