Question I need terms & conditions for my site

I need a terms & conditions page written for my site. I am not sure exactly what needs to be included in the terms and am wondering if anyone has any advice or knows of a company or person that can do it for me.

It's your website, you more than anyone else know how best you want to run your website/business. So you are in the best position to come up with your terms/conditions. But it wouldn't hurt to get a good lawyer to go through it first before you post it online.

I'd suggest having an attorney versed in the area draw them up. Terms and Conditions are one of those things every website really needs, especially if you're drumming up membership (accounts, forum posts, etc., that people own as intellectual property) or have an interactive site. An honest lawyer should be able to do it in a couple hours, tops, for a run-of-the-mill site.
The messages posted by this user in the forums should not be construed as legal advice, nor do my posts create an attorney/client relationship.
