    How to receive monthly payments?

    I have found someone that is willing to pay me monthly to advertise on my website. However, I don't know how to do this kind of transaction. What kind of service should I have that allows him to pay me monthly? Various suggestions would be helpful. Also is there any kind of contract that I need to obtain?
