I'm trying to get an Ebay business going and I need my Tax ID number in order to purchase wholesale.

I got my EIN, now I'm trying to get my sales state tax ID number and i'm not sure how to get it in Mass. I know that in some states you can just do it online but I'm not sure how to do it in Mass.
