How do I add picture as avatar?

Usually I can figure this out but for some reason, I can't find a place to upload or point to a pic for the avatar. I only see the 5 default ones. Does anyone know how to do it or do you need a certain amount of posts to increase your privileges?

You may find that mods or admins wont reply as in this case.

Avatars can be useful to project an image and the ones that are available project a kid/immature image.

However, some people do have original avatars and I suspect they have them because they were used prior to the function being turned off.

Can we get the avatars turned back on? I like Mr Burns-
But I would like to set my site logo as my avatar. And while im making demands , can we get the pictures in posts turned on too

That would be a great idea.
I would suggest that more people are made mods to watch over the forum.
