Hosting Seminars

I am no Guru, but I live in a small town and believe I could provide plenty of information to the local small businesses. I would speak about how to get a low cost web presence, how to begin marketing a website online, and Website monetization.

I was wondering how to go about starting this, pricing, structure. Kinda wanted someone who has done it to give me a cheat sheet to start the process.

I have been to seminars but never thought of hosting one, and want to know what I am looking at before I think this further.
