Help! Looking for direction.

Hello my name is Matt, I just finished my first year in college (UCSD). I will be returning next year as a student and i also work on campus. I am looking for something ( as a hobby, or if it makes enough as a job) to expand my horizons in the business world. I would like to do something that will make me a little money and teach me things i can use in the future. I am planning on getting my real- estate license this summer. What are some things i should look into during my second year? Thanks for the help. Take Care!

Im open to try anything really, the real estate license was just an idea. Is it something you guys would recommend?

secondly, definitely, without a doubt, if I could do college all over again, I would get a re license and intern with a wholesale developer in a compliance or project management role

get your license, and get a job with a property developer doing $200mill+ projects
