The process of starting a business involves you executing four specific job roles:

Role as an investor
Role as a founder
Role as a ceo and
Role as a company director

Each of these specific roles has a specific list of prescriptions for how to do the job well and how to do it miserably.

To have these prescriptions explained to you requires a solid learning environment and consistently applied effort on your behalf.

The best way to learn how to start a business, starts with understanding how to do your job well as an investor and as a founder. A part of this process involves learning new words like due dilligence, leverage, finance, marketing and pitching.

Easy business start up: provide services that nobody likes to do. Such as cleaning, housework, yard work, house maintenance, etc.. To start building up your clientele, just start with family, friends and neighbours. Then ask for referrals from your clientele and offer them discounts (such as half price cleaning for one day, or something in that nature) for every good referral they give you. Then once you've built up your clientele, get people to work for you and do those services, then your job would be to just ensure everything is running smoothly and obtaining new clientele.
