Does anyone know how to go about getting government grants for individuals for repairing one's own home, or starting a business,

So far I know that it you go into your particular county's web site there are special programs or housing programs or it might be posted under grants or government loans which most of the time are below market for low income individuals. Other source is of course the small business administration especially if the applicant is a minority.

Can someone suggest a website or where to specifically look for an individual grant.
