I am working on a project that involves buying a multi million dollar property in a semi rural area that is a resort style home on 80 acres, has approval for the development of up to 8 chalets on it, currently has the shell to a restaurant and funtion centre, with an old trout farm attached, a private stone quarry, and the potential to run multiple businesses on it.

I just wanted to put it out there and see if anyone that has some relevant experience on similar projects could give me any advice...

I am particularly interested in talking to people that have worked on tourism properties that have required serious development funded by investors...
