    wow geocities? Big spender.

    Your tag line should read:

We cut costs...so you save money!

It makes very little sense for an airline to have enough money to spend millions on planes but spend absolutely nothing on a website.

    argo web

The web page is www.argoairways.com and is under construction. The geocities page is only to promote the investment opportunity. If you need more info please send me a e-mail and I send you the business plan if you are interested in this business

But even that website is a template (and a poor one) the top banner is still a geocities image http://www.geocities.com/clipart/pbi..._blueGreen.jpg

I'll put you out of your misery for only $100.

Your indications are correct. The argo airways page is not in a hoster yet. I hope next week we are ready to upload the web page. Thank you for your offer. My question about "give me your opinion" is not for the web page, it's for the project.

    Thanks again

Nice Logo, but thats about it. Site looks like crap and presentation is everything. First impression is even more so even if this is just a piliminary site it needs to look good. A host without ads is cheap and worth the investment. Especially when people are trusting you with their life (after 911) I would personally backslap anyone dumb enough to invest in that project based on the look of the site alone.

you been saying you will get your site up and running yet you have it still under construction.

This is your business and you want to make money from it don't you? Airlines dont just make their money through word of mouth and advertisements they have nice clean layouts on their websites so customers will attract and use their services.

man, I've got some news. I think you're a nut case, but you are definetely my hero.

with argoairways, the cohunas factor is off the scale.

Personally, I preffer to think that you are more gutsy than you are crazy for starting an airline, so for that reason alone, don't hesitate to hit me up and I'll donate you a killer website, just so that it's one less thing for you to worry about.

Excuse the pun, but I don't see this thing getting off the ground. I am making judgements here based on nothing but instinct, but I get the feeling the website's incompletion has nothing to do with priorities, but lack of effort and drive. I think it hasn't been done either because you have no money, are not willing to spend the money, or are just a bit lazy. Assess that as you will.

I am always keen to see new airlines come and some also go, please tell me what routes you are planning to fly and your target market. What aircraft are you using? And how are they leased? Dry, wet or acmi?

    Bit of constructive criticism...

I've been designing sites for 6 years so I'll give you a bit of constructive criticism.

Firstly, if your site is under construction, just have you logo and an under construction page note at the bottom. Use your unique e-mail address (info@argoairways.com) for correspondance to show you are professional.

If you are going to start an airline, you're going to need big money and big advertisement. People are buying more and more online due to the fact its quicker and gnerally cheaper...they certainly wont buy in you ever if your site is shit! If you cant pay someone, why not use an online service that has a website builder? Most of them are basic, however they are cheap.

Thirdly, the logo is good - clean and simple, how it should be.

I would suggest your site be clean like your logo, using the green colour and white so it looks professional. Make sure there is no fancy flash etc as some people wont have the necessary plugins installed and your site will look fucked up on their screen.

I'd happily create you a website for free on two conditions...

    1. A small text link at bottom that says "designed by ..." and my website

    2. If your venture took off and you became successful, I would be in charge of creating and maintain the full site with e-commerce system.

I live in the uk and do most business over e-mail or telephone. I'd be happy to chat to you more.

One more thing, my site, www.zerocoolsolutions.co.uk

    Hope this helps.

p.s I think everyone would like to read about your success when it happens so perhaps keep a diary of events and then write an article.
