We are a Full Service Web design company and we are looking to hire 2 sales people. I have a few question is What forms or contracts should they have to fill out for us? In regards to thier Sales leads what is the best way in also be involved in that. Meaning we don't want to be blind as far how many clients they are getting. What does everyone use to have some control of leads. Any Ideas. Not sure if this is the correct posting.. Thanks
