What are the easiest and quickest steps to franchise your business.I guess my question is what are the steps one needs to take to franchise your own business. I have read some things about it and these are the steps I found.
1.) Get a Franchise Lawyer
2.) Get your tradmark registered
3.) Make a business plan and contract
Are there anymore steps I need to take? Thanks so much for the help!!

Make sure you look at training, proof of what the franchisee will earn, tested routes to market for your advertising or hook, where you will advertise and who is your target audience.
What does the franchisee get for their investment? Is your business able to franchise in the first place?
