I am part owner of a company that provides support for a not for profit club. This club has rights to our brand, name, logo, website, etc and also is sold apparel from the company. The company sees the need for these clubs in various locations. We would like to start offering these clubs as packages with support from the parent company. Each club in each location would have its own managing Board of Directors and the company would allow the use of the brand. The company would not charge a fee for the club package (brand, website space, etc) however the club would provide revenue to the company from the purchase of the apparel.

How does one go about doing this?
