I'm looking to buy and sell (flip) websites and have a few questions for all of the smart, young, and talented business minds out there:

1) Other than price and the site's traffic, what important factors should I consider when evaluating and buying websites?

2) What are some reputable sites where I can find websites to buy?

3) How can I tell whether or not a website is fairly priced?
