Self representing international shipping and forwarding for the last 5 years. I have a genuine Export cargo project. Needing investment of INR 2crs. projected Profit is
INR 20,80,000/month. After several meetings with the Chineese Buyer and Suppliers.The project is finally ready to start. 100% of the ground work done.Now I'm looking at a single investor who's interested to finance.We have chineese buyers ready to issue L/C up to INR60Crs. An M.O.U to be entered between us before execution of project.

Below is the calculation:

L/C rate:USD132/Mts =5940/Mts

Costs:
1.Material cost+
transport to CFS = 4000/mts

2. freight+Cfs
Ex-MAA to China = 1100/mts

3. wastage&Moisture = 200/Mts

4.Commission to Agent = 92/Mts

5. Export duty5% =300/Mts

6.Lab Expenses = 40/mts

Profit 208/Mts
--------
Minimum Volume/Month =10000Mts
ie;10000XINR208 =INR20,80,000 ie Profit/Month =20.8Lakhs.

All details of the project cargo, consignee etc….. to be discussed in person.

I look forward for a 35% share in the profit. The invester may act as a active or Sleeping investor.

Plz…advise if you are seriously interested and capable of investing a min of INR2crs.
