Entrepreneurship project...Opinions Please

For an Entrepreneurship class, I am designing a legal consulting business for new business ventures and the entrepreneurs starting them. It will be a cost effective solution for the area between expensive but specific legal consulting and the boilerplate free contracts that abound online. Our focus would be contracts for partners, incorporations and business forms, and general legal advice for businesses. What should I charge? Would this interest any of you entrepreneurs? One huge competitor would be the SBA and their programs like SCORE (service corps of retired executives). They provide nearly exactly what you said for free! I am not saying it's a deal breaker, just something to look at as you plan, market, and price.
