Entity Selection for an MLM

I have had a few different opinions on this matter, but here is my question. What do you think the best enity(s) a network marketing company should be under?

What I have heard is:
1) LLC
2) S Corp and LLC
3) Neither one

I just wanted to know what everyones thoughts are on here.

Good question,

With most who start their MLM journey, you simple are best advised to go with personal income under a 1099, simple, easy, and when you are making serious money, then it would be a new decision, DBA would be one option depending on success, then S-Corp, LLC and regular corp when the time is right. The point is, don't waste your money before you see a reasonable income.
