    Ebay Powerseller

I am looking to be an Ebay power seller. Please, anybody with experience selling on ebay guide me to success. I have researched drop shipping, and coming across tons of bogus stuff. What are the real secrets to success? Is it really drop shipping?

    Thanks!

Start small, ie stuff around your house, tell your neighbors you would sell their stuff and so on....

Thank you for the advice. I do plan to start small i.e, I am listing my old CD player on there. I am also looking to start big. I want to find a good distributor to get the product(s) I need, but am having a hard time finding one.

I agree 100 percent with the previous poster on selling on Ebay. Starting small is the key until you become more familiar with selling on Ebay. Once you get more comfortable selling then you can move forward. I've been selling on Ebay for over 7 months and its been a good side hustle. When I first started I was getting burned on shipping and pricing my items to low making no profit or posting to high and not selling at all. There is alot of research that goes into selling on Ebay to be really profitable.

I dont want to discourage you from starting big time. If you have the resources do it! I wish you all the luck in the world. If you have any ideas please feel free to share with me. I am always open for ideas.

i been trading on ebay for 2 years now, and when i started i started selling stuff around my house, my parents stuff, and other family members things, made a bit of money, all profit because it wasn't mine, but from this i made alot of mistakes like BIN's to low and to high etc, but i learn't alot from it, now i have a few other ideas i'll revel to you all when i get it up and running.

But starting small is the best.

I have been an ebayer for about 3 years? Anyway I've found that there is always someoen looking for the thign your selling at least hopefully :P. Just make sure you have a good title on the listing and have as many words associating with the product yoru trying to sell. Say your selling an xbox system on ebay, well for the title i may want to put "Xbox System Console Not PS2 Gamecube" just so you can get a few extra vistors, its works fairly well. But if your looking into a business on eBay you wont make a lot until your on your feet like any other business, but I have found, well say there is a sale at your local retail store, buy as much of those "items" you can... if its a decent product and if you can just get at least a few bucks in profit your still making profit, so if you get things in bulk it adds up quickly, I have a complete guide on eBay powerselling if your interested. Anyway best of luck!

    Regards,
    Zach

selling a niche product over at ebay is also a plus. I have been a ebay seller for about a year plus and had about 90 over sales ...not alot but i am quite suprised with the results too.

i use to do well on ebay...not a powerseller but the easiest way to spot trends is to go over and have a look at what is getting lots of bids or selling well and sell something similar or put a twist on it....most people dont know how to market on ebay, that ist he key there.

digital products still do well and you can fetch alot of money for them...im not goin to delve in anymore because two friends do this and make some good coin...so I dont want to spoil is...you have enough info in my post to get some good profits rolling in after a week maybe.

I dont bother with ebay my online IM efforts bring way more money than i ever dreamed.....and I count my blessing I am so blessed....it seems that I have put the hard yards in now reaping the rewards nothing like it.

yes hard work does pay off.

Sell what you know. Niche products work well. Use good keywords and as much media as you can.

    Try www.worldwidebrands.com

Sign up for their newsletter and you will get a weekly wholesaler, some may dropship.

You need a legal business name and a tax id# to work with them.
