Domain name question

Does anyone know what to do if you think the domain name you registered may be covered under another company's trademark?

I would like to sell a few of the domain names I have that I decided not to pursue but I don't know if a partiular company may be legally entitiled to them anyway.

Are you only assuming you've used a trademarked name or do you know for a fact that it is trademarked?

Normally, companies won't care much unless you're using the domain to ruin their reputation or if you're using it for commercial purposes. If they're not happy about it, they'll normally tell you to transfer the domain name to them 'or else'.
