In a few months I will be starting an online auction business (No, not like ebay) It will be a consignment auction site in a niche field. Auctions will be held once a month and will be on our website. There are a few other auction businesses that do this very same thing in the field I'm in and I tried researching to see if I would need an auction license? I am in Florida and searched the internet and couldn't find anything.

I'm almost certain a few of the memorabilia dealers who also hold internet auctions probably don't have licenses. If it's based online only, would I need one?
