This is a question regarding the Legal status of the 'Copyright Infringement In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998' and a File Hosting site my question is the statement below is from a File Hosting site is this the only 'Legal statement' that i have to add to a site or do i have to add other' legal statements' this is mainly to comply with the US legal system as the EU has another very similar one.

So could anyone from the US with some legal knowledge have a quick look and advice me please on this one,please note the details that are on the statement are not mine as they would be changed for my own site.
